Nature Tourism Programme

The Plan to encourage nature tourism in Catalonia's protected natural areas is the instrument that defines the strategy to promote ecotourism in Catalonia, with emphasis on its protected natural areas. The aim is to position Catalonia as a reference in nature tourism in the Mediterranean region by 2020, by adding value and preserving its natural resources and cultural landscape, and contributing to the local development of the territory.
