ACCENT Gastronomy, european project for accessible food tourism, participated by the Catalan Tourism Board
The project ACCENTGASTRONOMY focuses on offering food tourism experiences to people with disabilities or special access needs. The main purpose of this project is to provide tourism SMEs, entrepreneurs, tourism professionals and managers with the tools and skills that will help them when creating and developing accessible food tourism products.

HikingEurope
HikingEurope, project leaded by the Catalan Tourism Board and funded under COSME programme to develop a transnational network of hiking trails in Europe. The aim is to discover cultural and natural heritage of the project involved territories through rural tourism routes. Catalonia, Emilia-Romagna (Italy), Dubrovnik-Neretva (Croatia) and Donegal (Ireland) are the regional partners of the project. Pirineu Emoció is the business partner and Girona University is the academic partner. Other partners are NIT (German Research Institute) and NFI (Nature Friends International), an austrian NGO especialised on nature and sustainability.

“Wellness and wellbeing experience across the European Routes of the Olive Tree”, projecte europeu en el qual participa la Direcció General de Turisme. El finança el Programa COSME 2014-2020 i té com a objectiu diversificar l’oferta turística de la Unió Europea i promoure els productes transnacionals, així com millorar la competitivitat de les PIME i els emprenedors.
Concretament, el projecte preveu la creació d’una ruta turística transnacional que inclogui experiències de wellness, gastronòmiques i d’estil de vida en destinacions rurals a partir dels productes de les oliveres.
